We're a fresh face in the industry, having launched in 2023, and we're committed to making a difference. Ostomy Athletics was founded with with the intent to showcase to all ostomates the active lifestyle that one can have with an ostomy. Our Blog was created in order to Catalogue many of the tips and tricks our Founder amalgamated through both their own learnings, as well as the invaluable insight provided by the wonderful members of the Vancouver Island support Groups. Ostomy Athletics was originally created as Sebastian had spent over $1500 out of pocket trying different support belts and ostomy devices. After realizing that there was a gap that needed to be filled in order to allow every ostomate with access to support belts, this company was created. It is through your support that we are able to continue running and provide these belts for ostomates nationwide.
