Pick your cadence. Choose a 30-, 60-, or 90-day refill when you check out.
We remind, you confirm. Five days before the renewal date we email (and can text) a one-click link that says “Yes—ship my order.” BC PharmaCare rules require your OK each time, so nothing is billed until you click.
Ships from the closest warehouse. Once you confirm, your order leaves one of our five Canadian warehouses within one business day—no scrambling, no last-minute pharmacy runs.
Earn points automatically. Every refill still racks up 2 points per dollar toward that free support belt at 5 000 points.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now we focus on serving Canada from coast to coast—so every order leaves a warehouse close to you and arrives fast enough that you can forget the bag and get back to living life.
But we’re already laying the groundwork to open a U.S. storefront (target 2027). If you’re outside Canada and can’t wait, drop us a note at support@ostomyathletics.ca and we’ll do our best to sort out a special shipment or point you to a trusted partner in your country.
Are your products covered by insurance?

Most of your everyday ostomy supplies—pouches, wafers, barrier rings, pastes—are covered under provincial plans like BC PharmaCare or by private benefits. At checkout you’ll enter your PHN or insurance info and we’ll bill the covered items directly, so you pay $0 out-of-pocket and can forget the bag and get back to living life.
A few accessories—like support belts and deodorant drops—aren’t reimbursed by PharmaCare. That’s why every order earns 2 points per dollar toward a free belt once you hit 5 000 points, so even the non-covered gear ends up costing you nothing in the long run.
If you’re outside BC or have private insurance, our team will supply a detailed receipt you can submit for reimbursement. Still unsure? Drop us a note at support@ostomyathletics.ca and we’ll check your coverage for you.
